Have Your Say about Mentoring

Mentoring is a relationship between two individuals where the  experienced individual, known as the Mentor, offers the other individual, known as the Mentee,  support, advice and assistance.

Generally Mentoring can be informal or formal.  One can experience Informal Mentoring  on a number of occasions in one's lifetime, for example, through friendship and collegiality.  Formal Mentoring requires for the Mentor and Mentee to meet in the context of a structured program that matches the individuals and provides a framework for the nature of assistance offered to the Mentee.
