As we celebrate International Women's Day, please consider sharing your views on the Glass Ceiling, a discrimination against women that has been shown to overtly and covertly penetrate the workplace. Present at all levels of the hierarchy, it's  causes as presented in this Program are wide-ranging as the strategies that can be implemented to dismantle it.
