I wish to farewell all readers of the Question/Answer page of the

Professional Empowerment Program. I have been delighted to participate in

this program and source answers to your many and varied questions over the

last three months. Whilst it may appear that I have been the person being

all answers that is not in fact the case. Staff from TMP , and past

colleagues from UTS and other organisations have provided very sound advice

in relation to your queries and I would like to take the opportunity to

thank them all.

I have decided to move on to "freelance work" in international

education/project related fields. Friends tell me this is a big risk but

as I have often advised you, sometimes risks are worth taking. If the fit of

a current position is not right or less than challenging then it is time to

move on.

I will continue to read the Leadership for Women page with interest and

there may be opportunities to participate again in the future..........I may

even put pen to paper about this midlife decision and the outcomes after six

months.
