About " Mentoring Yourself "

This book is written for all women who are looking for others to help them reach their potential. Women, who are looking for mentors to guide them by sharing their own journey with them and give them advice about what they should do to achieve personal and professional goals, will find this book thought provoking.

Mentoring is traditionally understood to involve a mentor guiding a mentoree who is in need of the mentor’s expertise and knowledge. This book gives new meaning to the concept and practice of Mentoring; it demonstrates how you can mentor yourself.

It presents the concept of ‘mentoring yourself’ as a journey from the outer Self to the inner Self, and defines it as a spiritual journey within.

As the inner Self mentors the outer Self, a partnership between you and your Soul develops. In this renewed connectedness, you become aware of your greater quest that is unique to your own journey in this life. This, in itself, is far greater than what a traditional mentoring relationship with another person, can achieve.
